Many copyright violations. There are many more uploads from this user which could be nominated, but I think it would perhaps be too disruptive to deal with them all at once. Since Feb 1st:

As above, widely varying resolution, quality and EXIF data. I would invite the uploader to confirm that any of these images are his/her own work as claimed

Hello. I'm not a photographer and I uploaded files are obviously the work of others. I do not have the financial means or materials to speak to so many people, but some of these people I contacted by phone or email to explain my intention to include their works in Article Talavera de la Reina in the Spanish Wikipedia, gave me permission to use them, because otherwise this article could not be done. If I could contact all authors of the photographs illustrating the article would explain my circumstances, as I did with those I spoke by phone or email, but that is impossible. Everyone understood my situation, my limitations and allowed me to upload their images the only way I can, the simplest and quickest. Sorry for my bad English. --MambaVerde (talk) 18:31, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Files uploaded to Commons must be freely available for anyone to use for any purpose. Releasing the work of other authors under a free license requires their explicit consent. There is a process by which to do this, see Commons:OTRS. As much as we would like to believe that everyone asks the author's permission, this is very often not the case - hence the need to use OTRS to archive the permission given by the author. Many of the images you uploaded are easily replaced by images already on Commons. For example, free-to-use images of common plants and animals which you uploaded can be found by searching for their binomial Latin name. If there is a real need to use someone else's work, please go through OTRS. Thank you --moogsi (blah) 13:57, 2 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Question: I can create my own version of the images of animals and plants in Commons modifying its width and height changing the format of the images to be earmarked and suit my interests and the composition and distribution of its space and location in the article? --MambaVerde (talk) 16:31, 4 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, you can. You can crop any image on Commons and upload it as a derivative work. The easiest way to do this is to select "Es un trabajo derivado de otro ya existente en Commons" at Commons:Upload. The instructions for that tool are in English but it's pretty straightforward. Please note you can't modify and upload images which are copyrighted (see Commons:Derivative works) --moogsi (blah) 22:58, 4 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I find it downright impossible to contact each and every one of the people responsible for the many images that I used to illustrate my article, could do it in some cases but not in all. Many images have an unknown author who does not mind them being used by other people, it is precisely for that hung them on the internet. For image: contacted by telephone with his author: Jerónimo López Lobato, on this phone: 0670538066, is a professional photographer with own website: www.jeronimolopez.com, that allowed me to use his picture, he was a published work in a local tourism website that had been paid economically. I had a hard time convincing many words, if now I call again, is likely to have a different opinion and my article would be without this beautiful image. --MambaVerde (talk) 17:35, 4 March 2013 (UTC) This photographer accepted my request on condition that I include in your photograph their website www.jeronimolopez.com wrote under the picture and held it there for a while, but there is no precedent, or I do not know, in Wikipedia this type, so finally eliminated, since the images need no explanatory text and just wrote it for your site to appear. After the long, long, long, long it took me to convince him, probably when I get on the phone with him again, I said I did not want his picture might or I impose any new requirement. He has my phone number, living in my own city, if not yet called to order me to remove your photo from the Wikipedia article Talavera de la Reina, I prefer to leave it and not remove any more. --MambaVerde (talk) 19:51, 4 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The free licenses on Commons are used to release photos or other works as free to use for any purpose. Regarding leaving an image an image of questionable copyright status on the site until someone complains about it: Commons is not concerned about whether copyright holders care. Unless the photographer granted release of the photo under the license it's tagged with, Commons must not distribute the image that way. Maybe you could use some of the other images in Category:Talavera de la Reina and its subcategories. --moogsi (blah) 22:58, 4 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I do not understand the Google translation of his last speech. Could you provide me contact with a user who understands perfectly the Spanish language and the English language for me to explain these issues and help me with any necessary procedures?. I would be very grateful. --MambaVerde (talk) 17:34, 5 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Acerca de "if not yet called to order me to remove your photo from the Wikipedia article Talavera de la Reina, I prefer to leave it and not remove any more", véase: Commons se preocupa de los derechos de autor. Para ayuda en español: el Café. Gracias. --moogsi (blah) 23:21, 5 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
