[edit]

Unclear copyright status and unlikely to be own work: small/inconsistent resolutions, missing/inconsistent EXIF (multiple digicams involved), per COM:PRP, considering User talk:Lzy881114. After "suffering" around 15 copyvio tagged by @Simo82: in the beginning of July 2015 and me recently Aug. 2015 the uploader — instead of counter-arguing — continued his edits at enwiki as if nothing had happened. Most of the files (if not all) related to en:Harbin, a city in China.

All kind of photo qualities available (professional/high res/low res/etc.), mostly without metadata = (examples) high res / no exif shots like 5.114 × 3.375 versus 580 × 177 / 580 × 386 or obvious crops like File:Hailiang Plaza.jpg + File:Daqing panorama 03.jpg + File:Daqing panorama 01.jpg + File:Harbin Cityscape.jpg or files which looks like video screenshots (File:Daqing West Railway Station.jpg + File:Zhongyang Street 05.png but also File:Harbin Zhongshan Road.JPG + aerial photos like File:Liaoyuan.jpg + (living example) File:Central Street.JPG (uploaded 2014) --> previously published via http://uzone.univs.cn/blog/blog_1236390_lcdgjqd4z2jg6cgld4z3.html (2013) = http://img.univs.cn/20131127/0/201311271325427891236390.jpg + etc.

Btw, not only images were stolen. Copyright violations of text are also known since Nov. 2011, stored on enwiki user talk via [1] + [2] + [3]. In Nov. 2011 the uploader began also to upload files to Commons. Note that not all copyright violations are stored on Commons user talk. At the very beginning several files were deleted in Nov. 2011 but the uploader removed the copyright notices from his user talk without archiving. Certainly the user has a — how would I say — "troubled relationship" with copyrights (text and images).

Exif history

(red links: already deleted)

If I counted correctly an arsenal of 22 different digicams were used to take all these photos (for which exif is available), thereof 9 digicams in 2013. This is quite unlikely.

Special cases

Considering the whole program above and also taking into account that the uploader has some skills in photoshopping files (cropping & resizing & etc.) I am nominating all files per COM:PRP (excluding some created collages, not affected by this DR). Maybe this time the uploader will counter-arguing, providing some comprehensible reasons why (some) files may not be deleted. An explanation about the used arsenal of digicams, the inconsistent resolutions, the different qualities, etc. would be - of course - also appreciated. And I don't know: I consider it a little bit disconcerting noting that the uploader has candidated files for quality review, when there were grabbed from Internet. Another quality check was the reason why I established an eventual relationsship to Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Andrei1230.
