This content belongs to a globally-locked LTA sockpuppet. See Sockpuppet investigation on Commons, Wikidata, and enwiki. This user, through block evasion on IP addresses, has continued his campaign of forcing his work into every article possible, regardless of quality or worthiness of other files. See this IP and this IP and this IP ad nauseam. The only way to stop this abuse of forcing photos into articles is to delete the photos themselves and to w:WP:DENY recognition to the abusive sockpuppets. The reasoning is thus: the photos existing here are the attractive force which brings Orlando back to edit and abuse dozens of Wiki projects. Let us remove his incentive to abuse us any further.

Changing to 'Strong Opposes' after now seeing the notice for a major image File:Front views of the Venus de Milo.jpg which is used importantly worldwide. This nomination seems to harm Wikipedia, not build it. Certainly a baby=bathwater situation. Randy Kryn (talk)
I found my way to this DR because the tagging of File:Discobolus_in_National_Roman_Museum_Palazzo_Massimo_alle_Terme.JPG showed up on my enwiki watchlist. This is a Quality image of a highly notable statue and a featured picture on one Wikipedia project. Deleting it would harm the project and is unlikely to stop a sock from socking - en:WP:G5 is not a policy on Commons for good reason. This is a misguided nomination that should be withdrawn. Keep We can't punish the uploader, so we punish the images, that doesn't make sense. Why was the person banned from Commons? Keep La suppression de ces images qui n'ont aucun problème de licence constituerait un appauvrissement de Wikipédia. L'inflation cette nuit des annonces de suppression dans ma liste de suivi (19) est une catastrophe. Un exemple parmi d'autres : File:Vespa Todi.jpg. La photo a été introduite en 2015 dans fr:Journal intime (film, 1993)#Premier tournage par un contributeur francophone qui a participé à l'élaboration de l'article et non par un quelconque "forcing". De fait il s'agit, dans la Category:Vespa 125, de la seule illustration du modèle utilisé par fr:Nanni Moretti dans le film. L'original est aujourd'hui au fr:Musée national du cinéma#Collections et sa photo absente de la Category:Museo nazionale del Cinema. File:Vespa Todi.jpg est irremplaçable. Delete Many photos are good and there is no problem with licence. But, as explanied in the request, there is indeed a major issue with photos pushes under IP on the wikis. The uploader make edit wars on IP to force the use of his photos (2 Examples 1 2); this is the only and important activity of the uploader. This is harassment to the other wikimedians and contrary to what has been said, it damages the quality of wiki projects, because others make better choices of image.
