Out of project scope, here in Commons and in Wikipedia. For example the upload File:ElectoralCollege1952.svg (1).png is an "alternate" election result to File:ElectoralCollege1952.svg adding a member of the Congress of Deputies (Spain) according to en:User:LaurencePS/sandbox5. thats not educationaly usefull and out of scope. The use in en:User:LaurencePS/sandbox5 does not make things better. The uploader may explain the purpose of this uploads, if it’s a concept/theory or something described in reliable external sources. Otherwise the whole diagrams are out of scope.

Delete @Martin H.: There is a website - https://www.alternatehistory.com/forum/ - where people are making up fake history stories and sharing them and they are using Wikipedia/Commons as a free webhost to host their images and infoboxen. These things should be killed with fire and we need to shout it from the rooftops that fake content is not welcome here. Someone not from the United States or not well-versed in United States history might mistakenly believe that some of these fake maps are real and so we need to vigorously delete them when we find them. --B (talk) 15:57, 30 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
