[edit]

All these files which were uploaded by Kattesmile2 were tagged by Codc with {{No permission since}} using the rationale All pictures are advertising fotos of HanseYachts and there are no permisson documented. However, as all these uploads are claimed to be the own work by the uploader and as no indication was given by Codc of an earlier publication, I convert this into a regular deletion request that allows us to discuss this more in-depth. Moreover, all of these pictures (with the exception) of an older scan were created by using a mobile phone which is unlikely to be used by a professional photographer.

I have removed File:Hanse 575.jpg from this deletion request as this is a photograph by Michael Amme which was taken using a Nikon D3, hence {{No permission since}} is appropriate here. --AFBorchert (talk) 10:26, 24 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
That was the first picture I has seen and common behavior of advertising accounts is that they use company-photos without any attention of the rightholder. I expect that all photos (like the other uploader of this company User:Luisa behm97) are copy vios. Thats was the reason for tag all. --Codc (talk) 10:49, 24 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The difference is that the remaining uploads by Kattesmile2 were taken by a mobile phone. This makes is quite unlikely the work of a professional photographer like those of Michael Amme, Nico Krauss (sample), or Rick Tomlinson (sample) which were uploaded by User:Luisa behm97. --AFBorchert (talk) 10:58, 24 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: all but one duplicate. Aside from discussion, these are not staged promotional shots -- they are not cropped well to show only the subject boat and in the first, the surroundings are a mess. .     Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 11:06, 3 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
