Doubtful copyright status, as the paintings seem taken from a modern painter's website (http://eenvoud-boeit.exto.org/) and the identity of the painter with the uploader is not obvious. No infos on possible permission, either. But even if the permission is given, I wonder if this painter is notable enough that the works would be within the project scope.

Dear A.Savin, it is difficult for me to understand why I cannot give my own painting away and cease to possess copyright. I am supposing in good faith, that it is a gift of my part.

Besides, I was advised by a young artist, that it is giving an opportunity to other people to use this work and the others I added to this list, for whatever purposes. I hope you understand that I do not copy my own work of some other artist's website. You also add if the artist is notable enough. I have only this to say, I am an old woman and have painted all my life, but of course whatever importance a painter achieves later in his life, or after his death, nobody can know.

It maybe possible that you consider it a publicity, but when a work of art is deleted, why are we first encouraged to share with others, and wikimedia even tells us to be glad when we artists give up our copyright ? If you doubt the whereabouts of the paintings, they are in fact all stored in the house I live in. It is possible that the one of El Fundi is on my website, in that case I have foreseen that when a buyer comes along, I should (and will) inform the buyer that the copyright is still mine, but in the case of acception by Wikimedia it has become public. It is discouraging for me, because it is not much a subject I know a lot about. Therefore I hope you will be able to give me some explanation, because I myself have no better explanation. I can only add that a few works in print are already part of a Museum collection, which means there must be some artistic value in the work. Kept - per OTRS ticket 2013052910000181 - scope cannot be a deletion reason here, because several files are in use in the article about this artist: en:Hubertine Heijermans - Jcb (talk) 16:28, 31 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
