- Keep - Stefan2, You are absolutely right, these files are about a newspaper. I have this newspaper copies and I have just scanned and print out using adobe photoshop soft. There are many files here like this. Eg: [1], [2], [3], [4]. I am following such these files and I don't know whats the wrong with me. Please tell me how can an User upload such these type files here? Does need the newspaper owner directly upload these files?Kaitha Poo Manam (talk) 15:42, 1 October 2017 (UTC)

- If there is no other way to exist these files here, what benefit leads on this discussion? I found other more files here: [6],[7], [8], [9], [10], [11], [12], [13], [14],[15], [16], [17],[18], [19], [20],[21], [22], [23],[24], [25], [26],[27]. These are just examples and the line of such these files is very long. I think, Wikipedia can allow this kind of uploading also. Kaitha Poo Manam (talk) 17:11, 2 October 2017 (UTC)
- I think, in the case of own work file, the uploader may consider as a copyright holder. There is no need any evidence of permission from the newspaper. Because, these uploads are own created things, not downloaded from any site. See:Copyright and licensing:- Own work: You own all rights to the image, usually meaning that you created it entirely yourself. In case of a photograph or screenshot, you must also own the copyright for all copyright-protected items (e.g. statue or app) that appear in it Kaitha Poo Manam (talk) 08:17, 4 October 2017 (UTC)

- Stefan2, Sorry for the Inconvenience to you by the lack of my Assumption about the Image use policy. I read Image use policy. But, I can't find, what do you mean here. So, can you please indicate the headline and a little sentence what phrase is providing about 'don't upload' a self creating image of a newspaper or a printed media through own work uploading. Deleted: per nomination - Newspapers are copyrighted and these images infringe on that copyright. You cannot freely copy newspapers any more than you can freely copy books or other created works. . Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 15:27, 8 October 2017 (UTC)
