 CommentHi Jonas1639. Please read COM:L to read about licensing for Commons. You cannot upload copyrighted materials made by other people. Even if you own 100 copies of the newspaper - you still don't own the actual copyright. So "this came from our collections" is meaningless for copyright purposes. Please turn off your caps lock key, and have a read about the COM:SCOPE of the project and how you provide information with uploads at COM:EVID. Then please find your polite; while we understand the confusion of new users, there is no reason to be insulting.
