Delete File:D.jeelan 1.jpg – who cares about an Author indefblocked in en.Wikipedia after a couple of weeks? Also @हिंदुस्थान वासी: when you speak about the main space of Hindi Wikipedia, please, specify that you are telling about Hindi Wikipedia. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 16:59, 5 February 2018 (UTC)

- And also: I would like the closing operator to record that the only reason Jeelan.jpg is not deleted is its use in hi:सदस्य:Dadagari Jeelan (thanks Tuvalkin for noticing this technicality). - A file is either deleted or it is not, and this one, needs to be kept for now. Yes, a technicality. But even if it were unused, or when it is, this is not a matter of speedy deletion, which has its own rules. -- Tuválkin ✉ ✇ 17:33, 5 February 2018 (UTC)
