[edit]Questionable authorship and/or licensing claims. Some of these works may be old enough to be in the public domain, but truthful and verifiable source, authorship and PD rationales are required.
- File:Plaza toros la merced.jpg – the stated source is http://huelvabuenasnoticias.com/. It doesn't appear on that page, but on https://huelvabuenasnoticias.com/2018/09/21/la-plaza-de-toros-de-la-merced-cumple-116-anos-de-historia/ on the same site. No sign of any Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International license there. Looks "old" even though the uploader claims it was created in 2013, but specifics are needed.
- File:Busto diego diaz hierro01.jpg – aside from the authorship of the photo (which is low-res and lacks camera metadata), there's also the question of authorship of the depicted artwork. Even if this appears to be in Spain and may be covered by freedom of panorama (depending on its location), the author of the depicted artwork must be attributed.
- File:Firma Diego Diaz hierro.jpg – the uploader claims to be the author and copyright holder of the signature of Diego Díaz Hierro. Since he died in 1979 and dead people don't upload files to Commons, that seems unlikely. We have no information on whether {{PD-signature}} is applicable in Spain.
- File:Calle isabel II.jpg – the uploader claims to be the author and copyright holder of a newspaper article apparently authored by Diego Díaz Hierro. (Also includes illustrations and advertisements by other authors.)
- File:Casa diego diaz hierro huelva.jpg
- File:Arte Taurino 1893.jpg
- File:Diego Díaz Hierro 8-12-1972.jpg – same photo as in Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Genebre1; different source and authorship claims.
- File:Balneario de chipiona 1.jpg – looks "old" even though the uploader claims to have created it on the day it was uploaded, but specifics are needed.
- File:Anuncio hotel europa 1886.jpg – looks "old" even though the uploader claims to have created it on the day it was uploaded, but specifics are needed. Is 1886 the real date of publication? Can that be verified?
- File:Anuncio fonda londres 1872.jpg – looks "old" even though the uploader claims to have created it on the day it was uploaded, but specifics are needed. Is 1872 the real date of publication? Can that be verified?
- File:Anuncio hotel europa sevilla 1896.jpg – looks "old" even though the uploader claims to have created it on the day it was uploaded, but specifics are needed. Is 1896 the real date of publication? Can that be verified?
- File:Hotel europa sevilla 1901.jpg – looks "old" even though the uploader claims to have created it on the day it was uploaded, but specifics are needed. Is 1901 the real date of publication? That's still too recent for {{PD-old-assumed}}.
- File:Ddh3.jpg – book cover which the uploader claims to have created on the day it was uploaded
- File:Cartel diaz hierro.jpg – the stated source is http://www.prensahuelva.es/. It doesn't appear on that page. The uploader claims that this drawing was created by "institutos Diego de Guzmán y Quesada y La Rábida de Huelva", which appears to be multiple organisations rather than an actual person capable of creating a drawing. The drawing is in turn a derivative of a (presumably copyrighted, non-free) photograph found here and here with no information on its authorship or copyright status.
- File:Ddh02.jpg – another book cover which the uploader claims to have created on the day it was uploaded. The drawing on the cover appears to be signed and dated 1967.
