old self made from old artist Ftedik af Boije must be made ca 1780-1857.

@Janee: Since you have put the {{PD-old}} template on files it supposes that "This work is in the public domain in its country of origin and other countries and areas where the copyright term is the author's life plus 70 years or fewer", which is not always the case: File:Gösta Haglund självporträtt.jpg is by Gösta Haglund; he died in 1986 so far from 75 years. The same way, date of which the work has been painted is irrelevant. I've noticed too that all your uploads related to Svenskt konstnärslexikon contains the wrong {{PD-old}} license though {{PD-Sweden-photo}} is far more appropriate. I let you a few time to discover the Swedish licenses here, to double-check your entire uploads to verify if photographs are more than 50 years old or to explain for what other reason they are public domain in Sweden, correct the field "Date" with the date of shooting (and not the date of upload) in the file descriptions before I put your uploads on deletion. --Patrick Rogel (talk) 13:54, 11 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Which one? No matter how they shortened the license name, while they give the clear and direct link to https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ If you missed this, please go back and check. By the way, the text you liked so much contains Create instead of Creative. Both links in the text so dear to your heart lead to the license CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 DEED, though the first of them does have semiliterate text Create Commons BY-SA 4.0 license. Do you at last dare to click the hyperlink this text contains? Yrkesverksamma konstnärer i Örebro län,

På första sidan i häftet står det att det är fritt att kopiera och mångfaldiga innehållet föutom bilder på enskilda konstverk File:Titelsida för yrkesverksamma konstnärer.jpg. Hela häftet består av fotostatkopierade lösa blad i A-4 format som delades ut kostnadsfritt på 1970-talet. Sidorna finns inte utgiven i bokform och har inget ISBN nummer. Bladen som består av fotostatkopior gavs ut i samarbete med Örebro läns landsting, Örebro kommun och KRO:s Örebroavdelning. De avfotograferade bilderna kommer från ett bevarat exmplar vid Kumla bibliotek. Janee (talk) 16:03, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Allt upphovsrättsskyddat material på Commons (inte i den offentliga domänen) måste licenseras enligt en gratis licens som specifikt och oåterkalleligt tillåter vem som helst att använda materialet för något ändamål att bara skriva att "materialet kan användas fritt av vem som helst" eller liknande är inte tillräckligt. I synnerhet "måste" licensen möjliggöra följande villkor
Återpublicering och distribution "måste" tillåtas.
Publicering av härlett arbete "måste" tillåtas.
Kommersiellt bruk av arbetet "måste" tillåtas.
Licensen "måste" vara evig (utan utgångsdatum) och oåterkallelig.

När kompendiet yrkesveksamna konstnärer skapdes 1978 fanns inte Creative Commons detta skapades först 2001 och av den orsaken kan det inte anges någon Creative Commons CC0-licens eftersom texten och bilderna gavs ut 23 år innan det överhuvudtaget fanns något Creative Commons. Helt klart är att det tydligt står i häftet att text och bilder får kopieras och mångfaldigas, vilken licensform detta skulle motsvar vet jag inte, har försökt att höra mig för bland utgivarna men KRO vet inget om dessa blad/texter de har inte ens en egen kopia och det finns inga medlemmar kvar i styrelsen från den tiden då detta var aktuellt (Samtliga inblandade avlidna). Örebro kommun har ingen kunskap om häftet finns inte heller kvar någon personal på kulturenheten från den tiden, och de har inte heller kvar något material från detta häfte, men fick i alla fall med mig med från den person jag pratade med, att står det att "det är fritt att kopiera" gäller det fortfarande, även om regler ändrats eller tillkommer gäller den text som står angiven. När det gället den tredje medverkande i framtagandet av häftet/kompendiet myndigheten Örebro läns landsting fick jag vid dages telefonsamtal inga besked utan uppmanades att återkomma nästa vecka. Men jag fick i alla fall intrycket att det var landstinget som stod för huvudparten av framställningen, kopiering och insamling och samamställning av uppgifter. Men jag kommer eventuellt att få bättre besked nästa vecka. Jag skall även prata med länstyrelsens juridiska avdelning om fråga vad de anser att "texten fritt att kopiera och mångfalda" motsvarar i dagens Creative commons.
