This account offers a collection of scanned documents and photos.

It also provide modern photos in black and white.

The whole is licensed under CC-BY-SA, including documents the Flickr account holder couldn't be the copyright holder.

I think we've to ignore the CC-BY-SA license and instead to determine when these pictures will enter in public domain, and describe/delete/set undeletion categories accordingly.

Hello. I'm slightly new to the wikipedia debates, so excuse me if i don't follow the apropriate order properly. I will try to learn as i go. However, i must point out, that i understand wikipedia's rules on copyright quite well.

Now to the point: The person holding the account (and that is not me, by the way) is a theater director and art researcher. She is currently writing a book on Vasily Konovalenko, a russian sculptor. Let's elliminate the most obvious photos-in-question from your list:

She is in these photos, and owns the copyright of them.

The rest are the materials, that were provided to her by the relatives of Vasily Konovalenko, who gave consent of releasing them under Creative Commons.
