While these photos were apparently taken by the uploader, it's unclear what the source/author is for the building models featured in the photos. They all have the same or very similar description: "Im Rahmen einer Arbeitsbeschaffungsmaßnahme des Arbeitsamtes Lübeck erstelltes Miniaturbauwerk, das wie viele andere Mini-Gebäudenachbauten der ehemaligen Lübecker Stadtbefestigung in einem Schaukasten am Platz des damaligen Standortes ausgestellt ist."

I don't speak German, but if Google Translate can be trusted, then the description says that these models were created by Arbeitsamtes Lübeck: the Employment Office in Lübeck, Germany. According to COM:CRTGER, German government works are only public domain if they're part of an announcement or edict, which building models would not be. Unless I've misunderstood the uploader's description or unless the uploader in fact has permission to publish these models freely, I think these should be deleted as copyright violations.

  • Firstly, these models are not the work by the Arbeitsamt Lübeck (job centre in Lübeck) but by an unnamed author who participated in a job creation program by the job centre in Lübeck. These models are eligible for copyright and consequently the permission of the author of these models is required (through our support team). --AFBorchert (talk) 19:10, 9 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
    • Sorry - the 'Arbeitsamt Lübeck' was the information I got to the time. The models were taken out of their showcases in the city of Lübeck because unknown people has damaged the showcases and models. After repair the models were placed without the transparent covers to an exhibition in the 'Rathaus Lübeck' for several days. All my photos from the models were made here. Look: In the articel 'Mühlentor (Lübeck)' are two photos from the same models 'Mittleres Mühlentor' and 'Äußeres Mühlentor' with the covers. On the 'Äußeres Mühlentor' is this info standing: 'Released under the GNU Free Documentation License.' When the photos of the models with the covers outdoor standing have a free license so it is the same with my photos: everyone can see and photograph the models, exhibition outdoor or indoor.--Heinrich XI.
