Louvre Pyramid Flickr images imported by Ham II (talk · contribs)

[edit]

Derivative work copyright violations! There is no commercial freedom of panorama in France, and the author of this subject, Architect I.M. Pei, died in 2019. This artwork won't be in public domain until January 1, 2090, 70+1 years after the author's death.

These images do not show the copyrighted architectural work in an accessory way that would have made them eligible for French de minimis standard. Some interior views are also included: interior architecture is still architecture and subject to architect's rights to enjoy these for profit.

Worse, a couple of photos show a temporary artwork by JR. As their Flickr description reads: Street artist JR created a temporary eye-tricking installation - monumental photographic collages - May-June 2016. Such image names are marked with (*) by me.

Also adding: File:Paris - Pyramide du Louvre (32663745555).jpg, which is imported by the same importer (Ham II) and shows interior architecture of the pyramid. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 16:15, 31 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
