Per en:List of countries' copyright lengths Guatemala has 75 pma or 75 years from publication or if unpublished 75 years from creation (computer programs and collective works; anonymous or pseudonymous works; audiovisual works, so 1983 + 1991 + 1974 + 1966 + etc. photos are unlikely PD in Guatemala (and US).
