Questionable claims of the uploader being the copyright holder based on the low/inconsistent resolutions, missing/inconsistent metadata, and the uploader's history. Looking at en:Special:Log/Grbpradeep and comparing it to other files that have not yet been transferred, it looks like the user uploaded a bunch of files with the file description "Rights with the author. / I, the copyright holder..." even for files where he is clearly not the author, which suggests that he either does not understand or does not care what the words "copyright holder" actually mean.

The uploader is indefinitely blocked at the English Wikipedia since 2012-03-26 for repeatedly uploading copyright violations.

Looking at the log for File:Gerhard von Rad.jpg and the similarities between en:Special:Log/Grbpradeep, en:Special:Log/Preethi Evangeline and en:Special:Log/Pavani (all containing this odd "Rights with the author" sentence fragment), I'm inclined to suspect that there's either sockpuppetry or meatpuppetry going on. Thus, Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Pavani at English Wikipedia and Commons:Deletion requests/File:K.david1.jpg may be seen as related.

•  Delete There seem to be too many camera models for "own work" to be credible. Also, a few pictures, such as File:Juhanon Mar Thoma.jpg and File:W. D. Coleman.jpg, look like scans of newspapers or other publications. Also note that a bunch of files were listed at w:Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files/2016 February 14#Files uploaded by Grbpradeep. --Stefan2 (talk) 16:19, 14 February 2016 (UTC)
