 Delete. Several of these files have supposedly been verified by OTRS. That said, the uploader is a rather obvious sockpuppet of Gary Berkovich, who also has a bunch of files that have supposedly been verified, and I still haven't received a satisfactory explanation of how the uploader supposedly came to be the owner and operator of a satellite or why OTRS permission was initially approved for two diplomas supposedly issued by the uploader to himself. (The verification tag was later retracted, but the files were never deleted.) Consequently, my confidence in the uploader's claims is not particularly high, nor is my confidence in OTRS volunteers asking appropriate questions to properly verify the validity of permissions received from people like this. —LX (talk, contribs) 09:00, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
