Per Commons:Deletion requests/File:Znamya Leyb-gvardii Ieguerski polka 1890.jpg:

1) These files were downloaded from a webforum of alt history [1]. Whereas the history is alternative (and thus the files constitute original research and are out of scope) some of them are used in the articles as if the events were real.

2) Significant doubt regarding the copyright status of the works.
