Out of scope: plain text. These all appear to be modern transcriptions; if needed on a Wikimedia project, they should be inserted as plain text.

These are transcriptions of and historic manuscript written in 1727 by Lorenzo Gigli. The edition made by Accademia Lo Scoltenna in 2002 does not imply a copyright on the contents. Ermanno Zuccarini (talk) 15:34, 28 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Generally speaking, you don't. Commons is a media repository; it primarily handles non-textual content. If you have scans or other digital versions of the documents you're transcribing, you could upload those to Commons, then post the transcriptions on Wikisource, but the transcriptions themselves don't belong here.
