You are perfectly free to upload this image elsewhere, there are dozens of free web hosting tools on the web (imgur...). Files must have an educational purpose to be stored on commons, see COM:SCOPE. Tpe.g5.stan (talk) 16:15, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
