No verifiable source information. Unlikely and in some cases contradictory licensing and PD claims.
- File:The then SP Shyam Bhakta Thapa as the Commandant of the National Police Academy..jpg – claimed to be in the public domain for one of the reasons specified in {{PD-Nepal}} (without indication of which one) and at the same time covered by a {{Cc-by-2.5}} license (which can only be applied to works that are protected by copyright). No verifiable source to support either of these contradictory claims.
- File:IGP Ramesh Chand Thakuri.jpg – as above, except with a different version of the Creative Commons Attribution license (2.0 instead of 2.5). In this case, the {{PD-Nepal}} tag was added using the sockpuppet SadiU7 while removing a failed Flickr review tag.
- File:IGP Hem Bahadur Gurung.jpg – claimed to be in the public domain for one of the reasons specified in {{PD-Nepal}} (without indication of which one) and released into the public domain by the copyright holder using a CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication (which would only be possible to do if the work had still been protected by copyright). No source to support either claim.
- File:Prime Minister BP Koirala receiving Guard of Honor from Nepal Police.jpg – as above.
- File:Farewell of IGP Hem Bahadur Singh..jpg – as above.
- File:King Tribhuwan Shah receiving Guard of Honor from Nepal Police..jpg – as above.
- File:IGP Kuber Singh being bestowed police chief's pips by the then Home Secretary..jpg – as above. According to en:Kuber Singh Rana, the subject became Inspector General in 2012, which makes the {{PD-Nepal}} claim unlikely and calls all such claims made by the uploader into question. 25 years have not passed since the work was created (the shortest copyright term listed in the template), and the photograph is not a court judgement or administrative decision.
- File:IGP Shyam Bhakta Thapa.jpg – claimed to be in the public domain for one of the reasons specified in {{PD-Nepal}} (without indication of which one) and because it is supposedly a work of the Federal Government of the United States of America, even though the "source" and author are listed as "Govt. of Nepal". As far as I know, the U.S. has not invaded Nepal yet.
- File:IGP Upendra Kant Aryal in his office at the Police Headquarters..jpg – as above. Also obviously taken less than 25 years ago. Screengrab from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xb2ReVZZGFs
- File:IGP Om Bikram Rana.jpg – as above.
- File:IGP Dhruba Bahadur Pradhan.jpg – claimed to be dual licensed under the terms of the Free Art License and {{Cc-by-2.0}}. Not as contradictory as some of the other claims, but very unlikely and completely unsupported by any sources.
- File:IGP Pradeep Samsher JBR.jpg – as above.
- File:Achyut Krishna Kharel.jpg – claimed to be published under the terms of the Free Art License. No verifiable source.
The uploader's edits overlaps with those of JasonStack43. Both are likely sockpuppets of Dblama a.k.a. PurNep a.k.a. Snubssulky.
