File:Cuyuna.jpg is given an {{Attribution}} licence, with the other screenshots of communications with the photographer seeming intended to be the evidence of that licence. But the screenshots only show the uploader saying they need a photo because they are "writing an article" and that the photographer "will receive photo attribution", to which the photographer says "Photo by Cuyana.com (Please and thank you!)"
Perhaps there's more unquoted context to this and the photographer is an old hand at Wikipedia and/or Commons, but these messages alone don't meet COM:LICENCING, they don't make it sufficiently clear that the photographer understood and agreed that their image was to be posted in a place for "anyone to use it for any purpose, provided that the copyright holder is properly attributed. Redistribution, derivative work, commercial use, and all other use is permitted."

- Greetings, my Lord. This file may be deleted from the Wikimedia Commons. The photographer was reticent to release copyright this photo to the public domain, and a different photo was substituted in it's place in the article. Best regards, DrGregMN (talk) 15:05, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
