 Delete There is no such word as "digitalized" in English. I think you probably mean "digitized". That word says only that the work was put into digital form -- it does not say whether a scanner or a camera was used. Bridegeman covers only 2D works. As far as I know there is no case law anywhere that suggests that a scan of a 3D object does not have a copyright. Furthermore, I don't think the first of these is a scan -- the highlights all indicate a light source to the left.
