The files are various images of low quality, which all contain watermarks linking to external websites when they are being uploaded to Commons. As a result, it is very likely that the files are not created by the uploader, and are copyrighted and unfree.

For the case of File:DY-STM-Road-Marking-Machine-Working-in-Kenya.jpg, I find no evidence that the files are licensed under any acceptable free licenses on the Wayback Machine. Rather, the source website clearly stated "Copyright © 2009 Zhengzhou Dayu Machinery Co., Ltd. All Rights Reserved.". Apparently not properly licensed. And File:DY-STM-Road-Marking-Machine-Working-in-Bahrain.jpg is not even found on the archived pages of the same website.廣九直通車 (talk) 09:59, 19 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

These are commercial photos from https://www.lyroad.com WP:AGF implies that we should believe the uploader as having the authority to upload them here, as almost certainly an employee of that company. They're licensed, just not recorded perfectly correctly as an audit trail. However Commons doesn't follow that and deletion will be inevitable. Andy Dingley (talk) 00:58, 21 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
