That ticket DOES refer to the pictures I just uploaded. The ticket was generated in reply to a letter which I had written to Commons on 12/16/2013, after a big batch of previously uploaded pictures was put in question. In pertinent part, the letter did state:

"I hereby affirm that I, Bertel Schmitt, am the creator and/or sole owner of the exclusive copyright of: (List of pics) and any and all pictures that are uploaded to commons.Wikipedia.org by user BsBsBs (an alias for Bertel Schmitt) and are flagged as own work of BsBsBs/Bertel Schmitt. "

The pictures above are part of the "any and all."

I have used this ticket successfully with all pictures uploaded after this letter was posted. The ticket is a file reference to this letter. If this is not sufficient, please advise a procedure that assures that problems like these do not repeat. The EXIF data clearly state that these are my pictures.

I am donating quality pictures to the cause. Incidents like these could dampen my future enthusiasm.
