[edit]The silhouette used a scale on these images seems to be derived from a non free image. See the comparison in this twitter thread - https://twitter.com/steeIbaIIrun/status/1220069805333647360

- Can't we just remove the figures from the image for now, given that the images already havea scale bar? Simply deleting the images for a minor fixable thing seems like overkill Hemiauchenia (talk) 18:39, 24 January 2020 (UTC)
- @OxonAlex: I have cropped the figure from every image except the Deinonychus (which would cut off the text) one and one of the duriatitan duplicates Hemiauchenia (talk) 18:53, 24 January 2020 (UTC)
- somebody should fix the Deinonychus too. Otherwise it would be clearly a copyright infringment. We don't have permission to spread the image under GNU-License or any other license. 2001:16B8:3100:7400:8DA6:DFAC:91B7:F27E

- I removed the offending part of the image so the current version should be legal --Taktaal (talk) 12:23, 26 January 2020 (UTC)
- @Taktaal: why was the scalebar removed? Hemiauchenia (talk) 16:45, 26 January 2020 (UTC)
- That bar never really said anything, it didn't have any units... --Taktaal (talk) 22:12, 27 January 2020 (UTC)

- I have just removed the copyrighted silhouette from the fifth image on the list, apparently the last. Final consensus for these files? PaleoNeolitic (talk) 23:25, 22 February 2020 (UTC)
- The only concern was the copyrighted scale. (Also, for the record I have no objection to using anime characters as scales, just not copyrighted depictions of anime characters) ~~ Alex Noble - talk 09:50, 24 February 2020 (UTC)
- The human was not the only copyrighted silhouette in these diagrams. The Duriatitan silhouette, while different in some parts, the limbs, basal tail, and skull are all identical to PaleoKing's Giraffatitan ([1]), and I suspect that the neck and torso only recieved minimal modification. The Leinkupal is even closer in shape to Franoys' Galeamopus ([2]). I think that the other images should also be checked. This user has had a rather troublesome history with using silhouettes from other authors with improper attribution (i.e. this). Slate Weasel (talk) 19:47, 27 February 2020 (UTC)
