[edit]These two photos are licensed as CC-BY but there’s no evidence of it. Both indicated sources (Pois.PT and Jornal de Notícias) have a policy of ARR (all rights reserved), so, if the uploader is really the photographer (which I consider likely given the context of the use of these image in wp.pt), then PLEASE reupload intact versions with EXIF metadata and post somewhere with the CC-BY licence declared upon the first upload. As they are, these two photos risk immediate deletion.

- Given prior publication, I would think the COM:OTRS process is in order, just for clarity. If the uploader is the photographer, this would be about letting OTRS know his identity, so we don't have a similar problem when he uploads photos in the future. - Jmabel ! talk 16:20, 7 May 2020 (UTC)
