Keep. The website is not any website, is the Official Website of the World Cup by the Brazilian Government and its copyright notice is very clear: “Todo o conteúdo deste site está publicado sob a Licença Creative Commons Atribuição 3.0 Brasil.” (All the contents in this website are released under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Brazil license). This website has several galleries from different sources and they acknowledge that, indicating whether the image is from Getty Images, the Bahia Government or the staff of the Portal, naming a few examples. Certainly, the Brazilian Government is able to reach an agreement with different institutions for releasing and publishing images, including companies like Getty Images, under certain circumstances. As you can see in the galleries, the images from Getty have some differences compared to those authored by the Portal itself: only selected images are shown, with a low-resolution version, and without a download link for the high-resolution version. If the Brazilian Government makes that difference, they certainly can include a copyright notice saying that those images are under a different license.
At this moment, the source is very clear regarding the copyright status, and besides speculation, there is no proof that the Brazilian Government is doing copyright laundering or copyfraud. In any case, I’ve sent an e-mail to the website requesting more information regarding the images from Getty, so if there is any response, I’ll copy it here. --B1mbo (talk) 02:49, 20 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Delete Works by the Brazilian government is indeed free to use and modify for any purpose, but these are clearly attributed to Getty Images. Mosmof (talk) 03:35, 20 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: Images attributed to and found on the Getty Images website. Not free to use courtesy of Brazilian Government but privately held by photographers working with Getty Images. Ellin Beltz (talk) 14:51, 25 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
