- Brateevsky, photos are used more than 10 different Azerbaijani sources. Qafqazinfo is also Azerbaijani source: Milli.az, Sabaha-inamla.az, Azeforum.com, Son.az, TheWorldNews.net. There is no any proof that these photos are non-free. But many sources used this photo with giving author information. So we can use it with giving author information in Wikipedia too. You have no proof to delete it. --Ayxan İsmayılov (talk) 13:43, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
- No, you are not right for the phrase ("You have no proof to delete it"). These files are not published with free license and therefore cannot be used on Wikimedia Commons. See also Commons:Criteria for speedy deletion#File. Please provide the necessary information of license for these files (and this site). Otherwise the files may be deleted. Not by me, I haven't such rights to delete files on Commons. --Brateevsky {talk} 14:02, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
- Brateevsky, Here you are, sir. Mailed me from official site. It means that: "Hello. Yes, the author of the photos is Qafqazinfo photographer Nuran Mammadov. We do not restrict the photos use with the logo. We do not prohibit any local or foreign media from using our photos. You can use it without deleting the logo. We can send to any address you want in other languages." So, we can use photos with logo. --Ayxan İsmayılov (talk) 09:12, 2 October 2020 (UTC)
- Ayxan İsmayılov, this is not enough. Please familiarize yourself with COM:Licensing#Acceptable licenses to see what must be allowed instead of nothing is restricted in your letter. At this point – Delete. --VLu (talk) 20:10, 2 October 2020 (UTC)

- Fyi, while there's FOP in Azerbaijan, it's for non-commerical purposes only and not accepted on Commons, and as wrongly licensed, I don't see why there are reasons to keep, therefore Delete per COM:IAR. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 04:56, 3 October 2020 (UTC)
