The photos are taken from newspaper and so copyrighted. If OTRS-permission will arrive, then the photos can be restored. Taivo (talk) 08:36, 30 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Taivo The only reason you know they were in a newspaper is cause I wrote it into the description, the journalist not only sent the OTRS but also attached copies of the newspaper articles. Your deleting just to make it difficult or what? don't really understand the point here sorry (Australianblackbelt (talk) 11:11, 30 May 2017 (UTC))[reply]
The photos have now been 2 months in Commons without OTRS-permission. If the permission is processed, then the files can be restored, but they cannot be forever in Commons without processed OTRS-permission. Taivo (talk) 11:14, 30 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
There is nothing suspicious here take a look at this file https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Georgette_Psarreas.jpg the OTRS is from the Jurnalist at Latin Australian Times it's no coincidence(Australianblackbelt (talk) 11:18, 30 May 2017 (UTC))[reply]
Your reason was suspected copyright now your reason is they have not been approved for 2 months?(Australianblackbelt (talk) 11:22, 30 May 2017 (UTC))[reply]

@Australianblackbelt: The current backlog is around 71 days. 2 months is the minimum for a ticket to be processed. --Ruthven (msg) 12:33, 7 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much Ruthven FYI the OTRS for File:2017 Australian GP security team.jpg was send 30/3/2017 and the OTRS for all the other images stated above were sent 28/3/2017. Cheers.(Australianblackbelt (talk) 03:08, 13 June 2017 (UTC))[reply]

ticket:2021011510006068 does not mention these files nor have the copyright holders listed in the source.

Pretty sure the one with Ip Man and William Cheung is touched/manipulated photograph. -- TrickShotFinn (talk) 14:51, 27 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
File:Eric Oram profile.jpg does have a valid permission per Ticket:2023010110004387. --Mussklprozz (talk) 07:37, 5 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Concerning the other files, I have checked ticket:2021011510006068 now. The only plausible explanation I can give is that I made a mistake, probably by erroneous handling of the batch task or misunderstanding one of the client's messages. Please pardon my mistake. The last three, however, bear a claim that that are in the public domain which should be checked before deleting them. --Mussklprozz (talk) 08:23, 5 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hm, the first one is an extract from File:Anthony Arnett and Eric Oram.jpg, for which the permission is an error. --Mussklprozz (talk) 08:32, 5 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination. Ip Man and William Cheung photograph matches other hits on TinEye and seems authentic, 1958 according to file, can be undeleted in 2054. The last file is from 1975, would enter public domain in China and Hong Kong in a few years, undelete in 2071. The William Cheung and Bob Hawke one is from 1980, undelete in 2076. --Abzeronow (talk) 18:09, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
