All nominated files are describing a fictional island nations of the Chilean coast, described by uploader as "phantom island" and "micronation". Source for all files is here, I doubt that this is considered reputable.

I'm the one who uploaded all the images. I believe that the images of micronations that have had coverage in non-English speaking media do meet the relevance to publish their flag and coat of arms.
