Per COM:PRP: Quite unlikey that Andrefs (talk · contributions · Statistics) is the creator of all these official symbols (coats of arms = brasão + flag = bandeira) from more then 50 Brazilian municipalities. There may be in public domain by other reasons but relevant info must be provided. Uploaded in 2014 and 2013, most of them (if not all) can be found earlier on official sites or elsewhere = grabbed from Internet without caring copyrights. Per COM:EVID the uploader must provide appropriate evidence to demonstrate either that these files are in the public domain or that the copyright owners has released them under a suitable licence.

Unclear copyright status. Claim that all these official symbols (coat of arms / brasão + flag / bandeira) of several Brazilian municipalities were published or commissioned by a Brazilian government prior to 1983 ({{PD-BrazilGov}}) is not supported. There are also unlikely "own" works (especially for the coat of the arms). All coats of arms and flags of Brazilian municipalities are established by municipal law. Generally for most of the Brazilian coats of arms and flags: unlikely also that these symbols were digitized in there present form prior to 1983 (when "Internet" was available only for a few institutions, TCP/IP was standardized in 1982). Their creation date could be quite recent, maybe not even by an employee of the Brazilian government.

Probable COM:COPYVIOs: No confidence that these maps are own work of uploader, read the edges.

Deleted: I do believe that he created the maps himself but he used copyrightable base maps to do so. Natuur12 (talk) 20:31, 7 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
