The uploader is a sock of user:Selim Shaikh. This user tried to create article about him several times. Every time article got deleted from bnwiki & enwiki & wikidata. As a part of that, this user uploaded those photo on commons. Previously those photo also got deleted but user reuploaded. So i'm re-nominating: Personal images, commons isn't photo hosting service. Out of project scope. have no educational value.
