Unclear term of use. Will be good idea to ask photographer to use free license instead.

"You are free to use my photos...No permission is required" seems crystal clear, but since it apparently is not, the following provides additional clarification:

1. The photographer, Mr. Hikki Nagasaki, also specified "my photos" since he has included many photos taken by, and attributed to, other photographers. Such photos are not, and should not, be included in the permission granted.

2. It appears that the photographer, Mr. Nagasaki, previously indicated a variation of the current permission. The previous statement was, "Now, all rights are not reserved. You are free to use all photos on my website. You do not need to let me know when you use my photos. Note: You are not allowed to use photos courtesy of someone."

3. Express permission has already been granted for the entire work, the Passenger Railroad Guide, including all photos therein--except those specifically excluded (those taken by and attributed to other photographers). This permission dates back more than two years and is included in the following: {{PermissionOTRS|id=2011090410008055}}

4. Even though not requested by the photographer, Mr. Nagasaki, all such uploaded photos list him as the author.

Finally, it is not unreasonable to believe that if photographers are repeatedly pestered for "re-permission", they may well stop granting it.
