- I ask you to explain what exactly doesn't suit you in the file File:First National Anthem Of Ingushetia.ogg? This is the official anthem of the Republic of Ingushetia. State symbol. Why can it not be published under the template {{PD-RU-exempt}}? — Adam-Yourist (talk) 12:52, 16 September 2013 (UTC)
- Because {{PD-RU-exempt}} is related to documents (laws, other legal texts, etc.) and symbols (flags, emblems, orders, banknotes, and the like) and not to music. As indicated the national anthem of Ingushetia was composed in 1993, failing also {{PD-Russia}}. And a symbol is something printable... In other words: If you find a legal text which shows the notes of national anthem of Ingushetia it could be PD. Gunnex (talk) 21:40, 16 September 2013 (UTC)
