Dubious licensing. These objects are not 2D. No evidence the authors of original works died 50 or 70 years ago and no photographers' permission.

Publications made in Vilnius (Wilno at time of publication). Belarusian copyrights law applied blindly. Polish and Lithuanian laws may be relevant. Also collective work, so date of life of each author must be supplied to determine copyrights status.

EugeneZelenko, если у вас есть бот, замените, пожалуйста, белорусскую лицензию на польскую. Автор-издатель Адам Станкевич умер в 1949 году, так что авторское право на его произведения не распространяются. Адам Станкевич и Ян Позняк (ум. 1940). Специально открыл пару случайных номеров, видел тексты Ст. Гляковского (ум. 1941), Янки Купалы (ум. 1942) и еще одного репрессированного и расстрелянного в 1949 году.
А что доказывать? Предъявите, пожалуйста, имена персон в газетах, тексты которых, возможно, еще не в публичной собственности, а я постараюсь доказать обратное. Мне не понятно, как доказывать одновременно для 200 файлов, собранных в кучу, давайте отдельные страницы обсуждения для каждого номера, чтобы не допустить удаления не тех номеров. Добавьте информацию об авторах в файлы, исправте лицензию (тут имеет значение и место публикации, и гражданство авторов) и перечеркните исправленные файлы. На будующее, пожалуйста, во избежание подобных проблем не собирайте файлы в кучу и не забывайте указывать корректную информацию. В качестве ликбеза очень рекомендую прочитать закон об авторском праве РБ (это относится и к свободе панорамы). --EugeneZelenko (talk) 23:47, 17 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • What are the names of contributors, other than Adam Stankievič (1882-1949), so I can do research on them? "The precautionary principle is that where there is significant doubt about the freedom of a particular file, it should be deleted." I would think that the precautionary principle would require the name of an author that died less than 70 years ago, or at least the name of a contributor where there is no known death date. --RAN (talk) 04:15, 17 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination. Looking at several of the 1928 issues, I saw signed texts by several people, one of them a "D. Aniśko", which apparently stands for a Dominik Aniśko, who died in 1977. So it's not like everything in there is free of copyright. If someone wants to look for all of the contributors, all of the issues can be found at https://elibrary.mab.lt/handle/1/2263. I won't look through every single issue and try to identify all contributors and if they died at least 70 years ago, that should be the uploader's job. If you want to bring back single issues in which all texts and images are free of copyright, request undeletion by naming the contributors. --Rosenzweig τ 01:36, 17 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
