•  Keep. This website has indicated a source for these images: Наказ № 109 від 25 травня 1993 р. and has confirmed in text that those are official military insignia: данное заключение было прикреплено к проекту приказа, который и был подписан Командующим ВМС контр-адмиралом Кожиным у Министра обороны Морозова.
