Out of scope: All of these Korean video blogs seem to have been somehow gotten imported from YouTube with no sound. I'm not certain if they'd be in scope even if the sound were present, but as silent videos they're clearly unusable.

•  Keep Per this discussion page, and per this discussion ("... However, the inclusion of subtitles means that the educational use of the video, ... is sufficient for keeping on Commons."), there is no Commons policy that demands videos on the site should contain sounds such as music and voices (even some of Youtube videos do not have sounds, in this case, due to copyright-related reasons of the background music.) The videos describes Korean Internet personallties' normal business(Yumdaeng(윰댕)), not just a private situation. Puramyun31 (talk) 09:36, 19 November 2024 (UTC)
•  Delete There is no Commons policy that says that video clips shall have sound, true. But transforming video clips that originally were made with sound into silent movies is also removing their educational usability. Actors in silent movies do act in a way that their visual representation remains understandable even without sound, but this is not the case where filmed persons rely on sound and vocalizations to communicate with their watchers. A single administrative opinion in Commons:Deletion_requests/File:포체티노_단독_인터뷰_2편!!_"한국에_가고_싶어요"_(GOAL_인터뷰).webm is no immutable case law and can be overturned if and when needed (especially as this "keep" opinion disregarded an earlier deleting decision about the same case and file).
