Various derivative works of unclear copyright status, some old photos or maps may be in Public Domain, but 1/ it is currently quite unclear and 2/ the modern texts shown on the description plates may also be copyrighted. No FoP in Philippines

Express permission to photograph any and all subjects objects of Category:University of the Philippines Manila Museum of a History of Ideas was granted to herein photographer editor by the OIC, head, Supervisor or Curator of the Museum, as evidenced by the so a) many photos of the subject Museum, as I was even assisted in the taking of Pictures;
Incidentally, there is an ongoing event or Dinner reception when I took the photos with Permission;
Upon a careful review and look at the Displays, like the History of the Museum, almost all of the photos are pictures of Reproductions by Category:University of the Philippines Manila Museum of a History of Ideas of very very Old Originals dating from 1900 to 1920, Courtesy of a deceased Member of the University and Hospital; they are like Tarpaulins or Xerox of the Very very old Original like this and the many

Category:Intellectual Property Center IP PHL, in this building which I photographed including the 16th floor office of Director Blancaflor, I discussed the matter of my Petition on FoP with Atty. Limbo who said that the newly created on 2013 Bureau of Copyright will be the one under Director Blancaflor who is abroad but will be back soon to render and release a legal opinion on my Petition, Letter. : Considering that until now they failed to issue the promised Reply to Solve all the legal ramifications of the FoP, in good faith, I uploaded photos, understanding that I leave the matter of deletion to any and all editors who deem it proper to raise these issues; suffice it to say that I was granted express but verbal permission to photography these photos for deletion, hence,

Fair Use A fair use, in its most general sense, is the act of copying of copyrighted materials done for purposes such as commenting, criticizing, or parodying a copyrighted work without the permission from the copyright owner. It is used as a defense under copyright infringement. xxx Reproduction of Published Work Under Subsection 187.1 of the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines,[4] the reproduction of a published work shall be permitted without the owner's authorization given that the reproduction was made for research purposes.xxx

It was declared as a heritage building by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines.
All the the museum's collection explores the ideas the university was associated with during the period of its establishment in the early twentieth century (1900 to 1920s). Works of the Government, no copyright shall be applied in any work of the Government of the Philippines. It is not required to seek prior approval or conditions for the use for any purpose of statutes, rules and regulations, and speeches, lectures, sermons, addresses, and dissertations, pronounced, read or rendered in courts of justice, before administrative agencies, in deliberative assemblies and in meetings of public character.

If the director of the museum signed you a permission to publish their collection under Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication license, please forward it to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org, otherwise, ask them to send us a permission in, releasing their collection under Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication (or Public domain, if the Philippines law says so).
