Architectural work is still under-copyright; information provided by Spanish and Ukrainian Wikipedias state that its architect is Genrikh Topuz (w:uk:Топуз Генріх Володимирович), who died in 1999. There is no freedom of panorama for commercial uses of public artworks and architecture in Ukraine, and unless a commercial license has been released by Topuz's heirs, these commercially-licensed images of the copyrighted architectural work must be deleted (redacted or censored from public view) until the 70th anniversary of his death: on January 1, 2070. Excluded here are images that show protesters or a dwelling of a "nationalist" at File:Russian Nationalists in Odessa 02.jpg (in which the building is out of central sight).

The file File:Kulikovo Pole, Odessa1.jpg illustrates the square, not the building. This is used in the article about the cemetery, placed in the central part of the square. It could be saved. --Yuriy Kvach (talk) 09:34, 3 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
