Not a work of US Gov or an agency that would make this PD, 1963 publication of "Hafner Pub. Co", Category page lists a British contributor that died in 1975. I utterly fail to see how this can be "free from restrictions." . Has anyone considered advising IA or Flikr about issues like this?

US reprint of a 1934 work from the UK, Authors - Huxley, Julian, (1887-1975), De Beer, Gavin, Sir, (1899-1972). This is not PD Uk, and because the reprint is published more than 30 days from the Uk edition, it's potentially also copyright in the US.
