No COM:FOP in Russia.

@Lesless: The situation is not the same: it's not the same country. Read Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Russia#Freedom of panorama. --Patrick Rogel (talk) 11:35, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Commons:Copyright_rules_by_territory/United_Kingdom#Freedom_of_panorama VS Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Russia#Freedom of panorama. 2D the same, isn't it? Lesless (talk) 13:39, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
No it isn't. Read {{NoFoP-Russia}}. --Patrick Rogel (talk) 15:31, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep those made illegally per COM:GRAFFITI,  Delete other ones. And may God bless an admin who can distinguish one from the other. --VLu (talk) 10:28, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
    •  Comment Copyrightability in Russia do not depend on value, purpose, or manner of expression for work (A.1259,1). Author of graffiti (computer virus, terrorist video, and etc.) can be penalized by criminal or administrative law, but he/she is still author (creator) for civil law (A.1257). Authorities can forbid usage of inappropriate work (criminal and administrative laws), confiscate income from usage of work (A.1284), or confiscate copyrights transferred to other natural or legal persons (A.1284), but inappropriate work is copyrightable and copyrighted enough.
Graffiti can be uncopyrightable and uncopyrighted in Russia, if it is uncreative work or unhuman work. Alex Spade (talk) 17:33, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
10.jpg
    • The drawing of the locomobile is drawn in 1900 on the wall of the building of the trading house of agricultural machines. That 's where the locomobiles were sold. Drawing customer and owner of the trading house Robert Karlovich Ert died before 1914 and the firm closed in 1915 (in the first world war). The building and drawing exist until this day. Copyrights after more than 104 years expired anyway.

  • Here is a list of pictures with the visible signature of the author on the picture itself(some with link to the author's website). I can add the name (nick) of the author and a link to the author 's website - will it be enough to be used in wikipedia (non-commercial)?

Is there a rule as to how exactly this should be done?
