--AMY (talk) 16:04, 1 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
--AMY (talk) 20:48, 3 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. AMY argued, that Commons has permission from architect of the metro station and the sculpture is also part of the metro station. I disagree. The sculpture is not part of metro station. OTRS-permission from sculptor's heir is needed to restore the photos. Taivo (talk) 11:30, 19 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Keep In this case statues were built especially for this metro station, put during construction of the station (in other cases 1-2 years after) and are part of one uniformal architectural complex, which, among others, includes the station, interiors, external beautification of the station. Whoever is familiar with the design of the Soviet metro stations will be able to tell that they are designed and build as one common complex and statues are integral part of the complex. Permission of the architect who has designed and build the station and has decided which statues will be added to his project should be sufficient in such cases. One can easily prove that statues were build exactly in the same time and put exactly on the station. Here are some pictures with dates where we can see that before there was no station and no statues and after construction there is a station WITH the statues. (Similar pics can also be found in the newspapers and I personally saw one from 1962 with statues.) Oleg (talk) 01:39, 21 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Keep There is no need to obtain additional permission from the sculptors. According to Ukrainian law, there is no violation of their rights. The sculptures are an integral part of the station complex; therefore, the existing permission of one of the co-authors suffices. StefanMashkevich (talk) 15:43, 21 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
