- Keep:These photos should be categorized as those under FOP following two reasons: Firstly, the statue is constructed and put into the place permanently, instead of short-term displayed as normal artistic works. So, it should be categorized as architectural item. Secondly, according to this discussion artistic item should be:
思想又は感情を創作的に表現したものであり、かつ、空間や物の形状、模様又は色彩のすべて又は一部を創出し又は利用することによる人の視覚を通じた美的価値を表現したもの
Something expressing thoughts or feelings in a creative way and, by using or creating all or part of the following : space or forms, etc... patterns or colours, expresses aesthetic values through people's sense of sight.
- The statue of Rinzō Mamiya is just a faithful image reproduction of the actually existed people using the original bronze material. There is no visual creativity nor arrangement of coating colors so the main usage of the statue is not to express its aesthetic value hence not a artistic item.--SElefant (talk) 03:54, 9 December 2013 (UTC)
