German stamps were found not to be official works by courts, so they are not automatically in the public domain. These stamps are the work of de:Manfred Gottschall, who died in 2015. So they are still protected by copyright and should be deleted. The files can be restored in 2086.

Per Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Germany German stamps are copyrighted until at least 70 years after artist's death. In this case the artist of these stamps, Manfred Gottschall, died in 2015. So the images should be deleted until at least 2,086.
