Image files may be freely-licensed, but Seychelles has no freedom of panorama whatsoever for any protected public works. The building was incepted in 2008.

Image files fail the only exception to no FOP at COM:FOP Seychelles because these were published after August 1, 2014. COM:VRT permission from the architect is required. If possible, the most-used image may be transferred to enwiki under w:Template:FoP-USonly licensing.

 Delete, per nomination. I uploaded File:Seychelles National Assembly.jpg, relying on the license applied by the Seychelles News Agency, which should know the copyright law there. You have not nominated File:Seychelles National Assembly session.jpg and File:Seventh Seychelles National Assembly.jpg: is that because you consider the architecture to be de minimis in these? I have uploaded a cropped version of this last file as File:Seventh Seychelles National Assembly (cropped).jpg, to sufficiently exclude the copyrightable elements.
