These sculptures are on exhibit at the annual three-week-long Sculpture-by-the-Sea festival in Australia.
Some are tagged with {{FoP-Australia}}. That tag includes " otherwise than temporarily". Since three weeks is clearly temporary, FoP does not apply and these images all infringe on the sculptors' copyrights.
Others are Flickr images. Unless the photographer is also the sculptor, the license on the Flickr image licenses only the photograph and not the use of the copyrighted sculpture.
In all cases, we cannot keep the images without the consent of the sculptor.
As the author of a number of the files in question I need to leave it to you licensing-experts what can be done to keep them. The exhibitions attract around 500.000 visitors annually in Sydney alone, many of which carry cameras, and the Internet is full of photos of the sculptures on display. Only if it's on permanent display in Australia, Sculpture by the Sea even highlights this on their legal page (see Image Copyright) which supports the nominator's reasoning but I only support keeping those where de minimis applies. Copyright Act doesn't make it clear whether it has to be in a "permanent" single location or on "permanent" display regardless of where it is and was (multiple locations).
