  •  Delete unfortunately. Regular rules apply (while the pending bill for copyright law amendment is still in the works). Undelete when FOP is introduced here. Also, to closing admin or other user who can upload local files under eponymous names, one most used image here should he moved to enwiki for the meantime. @Patrickroque01: This is just an infrastructure, and removing these images and other photos flagged by Mcrl Lxmna may deprive media creators' useful resources. Is this DR acknowledged by Light Rail Manila Corporation and the state-run owner Light Rail Transit Authority? Once again I remind Mcrl Lxmna to please stop from sending any more petitions to wipe out sceneries of Manila and the Philippines just because of the claim that there is no freedom of panorama in the country. I'm also challenging the owner of Mcrl Lxmna account to tell if he/she has also requested removal of what he/she called unauthorized photos of Philippine places in other platforms outside Wikimedia Foundation such as social media and Wordpress and demanded for any proof of approved written consent or license to take pictures and post online, and if he/she consulted to the IPOPHIL, law experts, architect associations and building/property managements. For almost a year I've observed that Mcrl Lxmna's only purpose here in this platform is to overpolice intellectual property law by deleting "unauthorized" pictures of most Philippine landmarks, and this censorship attack may pose legal threat and chilling effect to lots of content creators, photographers, tourists, vloggers, students and other people. Photographers and contributors have been also working hard to provide free-to-use alternatives of copyright-restriced/watermarked photos and make Philippine sceneries accessible to everyone. I also want to remind JWilz12345 to think twice first before approving DRs especially this depcts a government-owned place. Patrickroque01 (talk) 16:19, 1 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
