[edit]Commons:Derivative work of obviously-modern billboards. Billboards are considered 2D visual artworks, and there is no freedom of panorama in the Philippines for such cases. Three billboards, do these pass Commons:De minimis (not main subjects or accidental inclusion)?

Keep File:QuezonAvenuejf675.JPG and File:QuezonAvenuejf9718 07.JPG per Commons:De minimis. These two photos are general views of the area, although to be fair these are edge cases and could be decided the other way as well. 
Delete the rest that unambiguously focus on the billboards and fail COM:FOP Philippines. I was asked to comment here because I have previously commented on FOP Philippine cases. Finnusertop (talk) 13:22, 25 October 2020 (UTC)
