Not official Ukrainian organisation, does not fall under PD-UA-exempt.

Alright, in this case I can just remove the PD-UA exempt and have only the PD-textlogo for my Prizrak Battalion SSI. I assumed that since the Luhansk People's Republic is within Ukrainian territory, it would apply under the "other military formations" part. Afterall, there is no Luhansk People's Republic license, and neither can we put it under a Russian license. So what other license can we put there? SkoraPobeda (talk) 23:18, 25 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I think we must create template like {{PD-NKR-exempt}}, {{PD-AB-exempt}} or {{PD-PMR-exempt}}. Situation is mostly equal. Prizrak Brigade is organisation of Lugansk People's Republic. Lugansk People's Republic is unrecognized state. Lugansk People's Republic inherited copyright law of Ukraine or Russia --Butko (talk) 15:44, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, this is exactly what we need. If someone can create a DPR and LPR template, then it will solve the problem for all of these nominated pictures and others in a similar situation. SkoraPobeda (talk) 13:25, 28 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Can you provide name of the law and number of article which regulate this?--Anatoliy (talk) 13:37, 28 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
There is a DPR website about their laws. Maybe it's somewhere in those. [1] SkoraPobeda (talk) 18:22, 15 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
No, there is no copyright law there.--Anatoliy (talk) 19:30, 15 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

FYI. Same case (Not official Ukrainian organisations):

--Butko (talk) 06:50, 26 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Not necessarily. Some of them are registered organisations, e.g. Those organisations are likely to be legal or legalised according to Ukrainian laws — NickK (talk) 21:29, 26 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@NickK: well, but there are three different emblems of Samooborona maidanu above. What is official logo of organisation
Need to check this. In any case this should be done on case-by-case basis, as some of these logos may represent legitimate organisations (unlike Category:Prizrak Brigade which is definitely not a legitimate organisation). I don't think this should be done in the same nomination, perhaps it is better to split them into separate nominations by organisation — NickK (talk) 14:30, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Due to the complicated nature of this nomination, and the various organizations covered I agree with the comment " it is better to split them into separate nominations by organisation". KEPT. Ellin Beltz (talk) 05:34, 1 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
